Common Uses and Benefits: Popularly known for being a culinary herb, rosemary is from the mint family and has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. Rosemary essential oil has a woodsy fragrance and is considered a mainstay in aromatherapy. However, rosemary oil has a wide range of uses, from treating ailments and pains to promoting hair growth, making it beneficial to have on hand in your home. The typical benefits of rosemary essential oil include combating gastrointestinal stress, relieving stress and anxiety, reducing pain and inflammation, treating respiratory problems, promoting hair growth and beauty, enhancing memory, fighting bad breath, healing skin.

Directions: Our peppermint essential oil is safe for use on skin, with diffusers, or in room sprays.

For skin use, dilute with carrier oils to a 1-3% dilution ratio. Safe to use topically with children 2 years of age and older.  a 1% or less dilution is recommended for kids' use. We suggest to patch test the product first before use. Rub a dime-sized area of your forearm with the oil diluted in a carrier oil. If you don’t see any allergic reaction within 24 hours, it should be safe to use.

Breathe in your favorite essential oils by adding a few drops to an essential oil diffuser, personal diffuser locket and car diffuser in your home, office and car.

Enjoy an all-nature DIY home spray by just mixing 10 to 50 drops of lemongrass essential oils in 6 oz distilled water with or without 2 oz witch hazel in a spray bottle. 

Cautions: Rosemary Essential Oil is generally non-toxic and non-sensitizing. It is not suitable for people with epilepsy or high blood pressure. Avoid in pregnancy since it is an emmenagogue.
