Common Uses and Benefits: Native to islands in Southeastern Asia, lemongrass oil is a type of essential oil often used in aromatherapy and by natural medicine practitioners for a variety of purposes, including reducing inflammation, relieving headaches, improving dandruff, and easing indigestion. Inhaling the aroma of lemongrass essential oil or absorbing it through the skin may improve a number of biological factors, including heart rate, stress levels, blood pressure, breathing, and immune function. Lemongrass essential oil can be typically used for acne, anxiety, athlete's foot, excessive sweating, headaches, indigestion, and muscle aches, etc. It can also act as a natural insect repellent and air freshener.
Directions: Our lemongrass essential oil is safe for use on skin, with diffusers, or in room sprays.
For skin use, dilute with carrier oils to a 1-3% dilution ratio. Safe to use topically with children 2 years of age and older. a 1% or less dilution is recommended for kids' use. We suggest to patch test the product first before use. Rub a dime-sized area of your forearm with the oil diluted in a carrier oil. If you don’t see any allergic reaction within 24 hours, it should be safe to use.

Enjoy an all-nature DIY home spray by just mixing 10 to 50 drops of lemongrass essential oils in 6 oz distilled water with or without 2 oz witch hazel in a spray bottle.
